A Message from Sheri & Matt

As longtime realtors and residents of the Eastside we have seen this market go in all different directions; from its highest highs to its lowest lows we’ve seen it all. When this pandemic hit it became apparent early on that this was not going to be business as usual, there was something very different happening.

We weren’t sure what the outcome would be but we have learned the importance of seizing an opportunity and this felt like a crucial time to reconsider the way we were doing things, so that’s what we’ve been up to. We’ve been having conversations with our friends, family, and clients and we’ve been doing a lot of listening. We really wanted to know how this year has impacted your lives and your futures.

One of the most important messages we received was, in the midst of all the uncertainty, security and HOME have become more important than ever.

With that in mind it felt like there was no other way than to pivot practices and reinvent how we approach this business. So, we reached out to some of the professionals we know and respect and put together a new plan with a few key things in mind:

-We want to help you plan and prepare. Your security and peace of mind are of the utmost importance to us.

-So much of our lives have moved online – it’s become a necessity. We’re working to make our services available virtually and online. This means extremely high-quality photo/video content, online galleries as the new standard, and virtual consultations, home previews, etc.

-Office hours are a thing of the past – we’re here when you need us.

-We want to support you in thinking ahead and moving ahead.

We’ve poured our hearts into this process and we’re excited to finally share it with all of you!
